Our CD design for Reflection’s ‘Music Bizarreness’ and the Music Graffiti exhibition in Omotesando Hills, Tokyo both feature in the July 2007 issue of DTP WORLD magazine. About ‘Music Bizarreness’ they write:
“The dots of a CD jacket drawn with pen one by one… and is expressed for each 15 tracks recorded. The ambient sound is embodied splendidly by using watercolor paint.”
私達のデザインしたReflectionのCD ‘Music Bizarreness’ と、表参道ヒルズで行われたミュージックグラフィティ展の記事が雑誌、’DTP WORLD’の2007年7月号に掲載されました。‘Music Bizarreness’についてはこのような記事が載りました。。。
ジャケットのドットは、収録された全15曲をひとつひとつ筆で描き表現。水彩絵の具を用いることで、アンビエント的なサウンドを見事に具現化している。
We have been asked to contribute to ‘Logo Archive 1987–2007’ (tentative title), a Japanese publication featuring “a vast collection of outstanding logos from around the world, from the past two decades.”
Produced by the editorial firm 4D2A, and featuring Trevor Jackson, Stefan Sagmeister, Tom Hingston, Jonathan Barnbrook, Enlightenment, amongst others. The publisher is BNN, Inc. also responsible for the ‘Gas Book’ series.
